This application has been made thanks to the collaboration with Fernando Ortiz de Fez Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sport National Athletics Coach and Coach of the Runners Ciutat de Valencia.

Simple application that will allow you to get a detailed pace table based on % based on a Maximum Aerobic Speed entered.

Vam values between 9'0 and 25'99 km/h.

Percentages generated in the table according to intensity:
- Low (55%-67%) -> Blue
- Average (68%-82%) -> Green
- High (83%-92%) -> Yellow
- Very High (93%-102%) -> Light red
- Supramaxim (103%-110%) -> Dark red

In the generated table you can see the columns of % of the VAM equivalent pace in minutes and seconds per km and the real time in which the athlete has to travel the distances from 100 meters to 900 meters to meet the desired pace.

The application allows you to store a predefined VAM in order to facilitate access.
