This book contains basics and few principles which are required to learn electrocardiography. The description is mainly aimed at providing basic knowledge regarding the normal ECG and how to identify abnormal ECG. This book is also designed to learn ECG in a short period of one week or even less than a week. Yes it is definitely possible to learn ECG in seven days if the reader is keen enough to learn ECG.

The total description is divided into seven chapters; one chapter can be learnt per day. First three chapters are basics and principles and remaining chapters are concentrated on identifying the abnormal ECG. Learning ECG is not difficult as many think but the reader should shed out the opinion that it is so complicated. If the reader is in positive frame of mind he can learn the basics of ECG perfectly in a short period. So keeping all these things in mind this book is prepared in its simplest possible form. It is not claimed that this book is a comprehensive text. It provides only the basic knowledge on electro- cardiography which would be of great help to go through the comprehensive texts in future.
