Because of radio connection and solar power the sensor can be easily placed everywhere in your garden. You split your garden in different irrigation areas. Each area can be monitored by a sensor which measures soil moisture brightness and humidity.
The cube is placed inside the house and collects all sensor measurements with current weather forecast and your personal settings. Commands of your smart home system can be included too.
The valve is connected to the faucet and opens or closes water flow based on the cube's decision. For each irrigation area you can use more than one valve.
