SxGeo is GPS data collection App compatible with external Bluetooth GNSS receivers like LOKUS and other Bluetooth GPS receivers. SxGeo is a multi-purpose Mapping and Surveying tool for both professional and personal use. It is used for land surveying (agriculture forest utility assets like oil or gas pipelines electrical assets) urban planning & real estate emergency events mapping infrastructure maintenance and also personal outdoor entertainment such as hiking trekking mountaineering and travelling.
The application collects Waypoints (such as points of interest) and Paths (sequence of points) to perform mapping and surveying activities. The Waypoints are acquired with accuracy information and tagged by the user with any specific information. The Paths are created with points acquired on the field aiming to measure distances and if closed forming polygons to determine areas and perimeters. Both Waypoints and Paths can be exported to a KML GPX and CSV file and thus be processed externally with a geospatial tool.

The application uses either the external Bluetooth GPS or the internal GPS receiver from the mobile device (typically with accuracies>5m) or alternatively allows professional users attaining better accuracies with a Bluetooth external GNSS receiver like LOKUS (e.g. <1m).
The application includes the following features:
- Acquire positioning navigation and precision information;
- Provide details of the active and visible satellites (GPS GLONASS GALILEO BEIDOU GAGAN and other);
- Create Waypoints with accuracy information Geo-tag assets and record attributes of the assets also convert coordinates into a human-readable address (reverse geocoding);
- Import Waypoints from geographic coordinates (Latitude Longitude);
- Create Paths by acquiring sequences of points manually or automatically;
- Import Paths from existing Waypoints;
- Get directions Navigation and distances from current position to Waypoints and Paths;
- Export Waypoints/Paths to KML and SHP file formats;
- Navigate to target location.
