そこで少女は正体不明の喋る猫のぬいぐるみと出会います。

この塔のてっぺんまで登れば家に帰れる……
少女は猫のぬいぐるみの言葉を信じ、
塔のてっぺんを目指して登りはじめます。

しかし、そこは『夢喰い』という化物の巣窟でした！
果たして少女は無事に家に帰れるのでしょうか？
