L’esposizione dei servizi è stata riorganizzata consentendo all’utente diversi tipi di accesso tra questi la possibilità di navigare in base al tipo di utente o tematica.
La vista principale consente di visualizzare le ultime notizie accedere ai social dell’Istituto salvare i servizi preferiti consentendo una navigazione diretta verso servizi specifici.

L’utente può visualizzare l’elenco completo dei servizi disponibili anche senza inserire le credenziali richieste per una parte dei servizi disponibili nell’app INPS mobile.
Deve inserire codice fiscale e PIN (il proprio codice identificativo rilasciato tramite portale Inps o contact center) solo quando sceglie di accedere e utilizzare un servizio con PIN .

Questa versione si avvale di una nuova interfaccia utente studiata ad hoc per l'utilizzo delle nuove funzionalità.
Il sistema di navigazione è di tipo 'Tab Bar' e aggiornato agli standard di usabilità delle app.

Ulteriori novità:

- è stato integrato un tutorial che guida l’utente nell’uso della nuova interfaccia grafica al primo accesso
- i servizi sono stati categorizzati per tema per tipologia di utente
- è stata aggiunta la possibilità di visualizzare i canali social dell’Istituto
- è possibile visualizzare le news e comunicati stampa
- è stata aggiunta la possibilità di autenticarsi con SPID
- è possibile creare la lista dei servizi preferiti;
- è possibile cercare i servizi per nome;
- è possibile segnalare problemi tecnici.

The exposure of the services has been reorganized allowing the user different types of access including the ability to navigate based on the type of user or theme.
The main view allows you to view the latest news access the Institute's social networks save your favorite services by allowing direct navigation to specific services.

The user can view the complete list of available services even without entering the credentials required for part of the services available in the INPS mobile app.
You must enter your tax code and PIN (your identification code issued via the INPS portal or contact center) only when you choose to access and use a PIN service.

This version uses a new user interface designed ad hoc for the use of the new features.
The navigation system is of the 'Tab Bar' type and updated to the app usability standards.
