■ Android 9.0 환경에서의 실행 오류
- 백그라운드 실행 제한으로 V3 Mobile Plus 2.0 연동 실행이 실패 되는 증상 입니다.
- 스마트폰 설정 > 애플리케이션 > V3 Mobile Plus 2.0 선택 > 배터리 > 백그라운드에서 실행 > '제한'을 삭제 하여 백그라운드에서 실행 될 수 있도록 설정 하시기 바랍니다.

■ 앱 이용 중 불편사항이 생기면 공지사항 또는 화면 제일 하단의 "자주 찾는 질문"을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

정보통신망법 제22조의 2(접근 권한에 대한 동의)에 의거하여 서비스에 꼭 필요한 항목만을 접근하고 있으며 그 내용은 아래와 같습니다.

-Due to recent Android V3 Mobile Plus 2.0 app L.POINT APP can not run.

â–  Execution Error in Android 9.0 Environment
-V3 Mobile Plus 2.0 linkage fails to run due to background execution limitation.
-Smartphone Settings> Applications> V3 Mobile Plus 2.0 Select> Battery> Run in background> Delete the 'restricted' to set to run in the background.
