AndroidのアプリをVer.6.0に更新した場合、ホーム画面のショートカットアイコンが消えてしまうケースがあります。
また、ショートカットアイコンが残っている場合も、そのアイコンからはアプリを起動できません。
お手数おかけしますが、再度ホーム画面への登録をお願い致します。
AndroidのOSが4.4未満の機種の場合、一部のページが表示できないなど不具合が生じる可能性があります。


対応機種
docomoausoftbankの端末で下記条件を満たすAndroidスマートフォンでご利用頂けます。

・Eメール機能を搭載
・WVGA（480×800）以上のディスプレイを搭載
・Google Playストアまたはdマーケット（ドコモマーケット）に対応

但し、他事業者のSIMカードではご利用頂けません。

※タブレット端末でのインストール、会員登録は非推奨とさせていただきます。
　動作は保障致しかねますのでご了承ください。

【Precautions】
When the Android application is updated to Ver.6.0 the shortcut icon on the home screen may disappear.
Also even if the shortcut icon remains the application cannot be started from that icon.
We apologize for the inconvenience but please register again on the home screen.
If your Android OS is less than 4.4 some problems may occur such as not displaying some pages.


Compatible models
It can be used on docomo au and softbank terminals with Android smartphones that meet the following conditions.

・Email function installed
Equipped with a display of WVGA (480 x 800) or higher
・Supports Google Play store or dmarket (docomo market)

However it cannot be used with SIM cards of other carriers.

* We do not recommend installation or membership registration on tablet devices.
