巡查人員利用智慧型手機，透過3G網卡上網，在Google Maps或Apple Maps道路底圖上，進行電子地圖查詢及外業查報作業，並將現場影像及相關巡查缺失填報資訊，即時回傳至資料庫主機，App功能如下：
 提供操作地圖之工具：可提供放大縮小、平移、顯示全圖等。
 程式功能具備區界、坐標輸入查詢或定位。
 以圖形畫面查詢車輛位置及相關資料。
 道路缺失即時登錄功能(含座標、施工前後照片、文字敘述)。
 巡查軌跡紀錄與位置資訊同步回傳機制。
 接收緊急維修通知資訊。
Inspectors use smart phones to access the Internet through 3G network cards perform electronic map queries and field investigations on Google Maps or Apple Maps roadmaps and report on-site images and related inspections to report missing information in real time. Library host App functions are as follows:
