本會籌創起始於民國76年間，創會理事長張榮次先生等感於建築同業肩負協力開發大高雄建設使命感，復受當時各縣市建築投資商業同業公會均已次第成立為建築同業服務並期建構良好的建築經營生態而本APP為建構公會行動化服務元年打造公會平台價值。
