Efiasistencia Smartphone es una aplicación móvil compatible con casi todos los Smartphones del mercado que dota a sus chóferes de una potente herramienta para la gestión de servicios y comunicación con su oficina.

Le permite recibir la información de los servicios en sus grúas guiar a sus conductores hasta percances y destinos así como gestionar la información del servicio durante su fase operativa y transferir toda la información recogida en el mismo (fotografías partes de asistencia etc.) tras su finalización.

·PRINCIPALES FUNCIONALIDADES:

- Envío y recepción de mensajes.

- Integración con software de navegación.

- Generación y gestión de parte digital de asistencia. Posibilidad de impresión de los mismos mediante impresora Bluetooth (Opcional) o envío por email al cliente.

- Función Foto-Asistencia. Podrá asociar las fotografías a todos sus servicios y enviar las mismas en tiempo real.
Gestión múltiple de servicios.

- Función grúa de guardia. Reciba directamente en su Smartphone las peticiones de servicio no siendo necesario operar desde la oficina. El dispositivo de guardia maestro puede visualizar el estado de todos los servicios que esté realizando el resto de su flota.

- Control por voz (Sólo disponible para Android). El dispositivo permite gestionar servicios mediante comandos por voz así como el envío de mensajes.

- Gestión de servicios diferidos y programación de avisos.

- Función de Diagnosis Integrada (sólo disponible para Android). Gracias al accesorio Efidiag es posible realizar diagnosis electrónica del motor del vehículo (Lectura / Borrado de DTCs y lectura de parámetros de motor). Además podrá enviar el informe de diagnosis por email a su cliente.
