2120년! 인간의 끝없는 이기심이 불러온 지구 온난화. 이로 인해 북극의 얼음은 녹아만 가고 산림은 점점 커지고 있다.

발을 딛을 얼음조차 없게 된 북극의 동물들....... 그렇지만 이런 동물들에게도 희망은 있다. 바로 영원의 얼음세계 프로즌 월드!! 프로즌 월드로 가기 위해서는 얼음동굴 저 밑에 있다고 전해지는 '신비의 문'을 통과해야 한다.

하지만 어두컴컴한 미지의 동굴이 무서운 동물들은 서로에게 책임을 떠넘기며 동굴 속 탐험을 주저하는데.......

바로 이때 등장한 물벙이 펭식이 또리. 이름하여 북극의 정의의 삼총사! 이렇게 그들의 모험은 막을 올린다.

2120 years! Global warming brought about by human endless selfishness. As a result the ice in the Arctic is only melting and the forests are growing.

Arctic animals with no ice to step on... But there is hope for these animals as well. It is the everlasting ice world Frozen World!! To go to the Frozen World you have to go through the'Mystery Gate' that is said to be below the ice cave.

However the animals in the dark unknown cave are scared and they are hesitant to explore the caves taking responsibility for each other...

That's when the waterbungi Pengsik and Tori appeared. Namely the Three Musketeers of Arctic Justice! So their adventure ends.
