귀 없는 고양이들이 박해받는 세상
주인공 주녕은 어느 날 수상한 고양이가 옆집 꼬맹이를 납치하는 장면을 목격하게 된다.
그리고 그에게서 받은 메세지
어릴 적 귀 없는 마을로 강제 이송당한 동생 하녕에게서 온 것이었다.

그렇게 주녕은 마을에서 벌어진 미스테리를 해결하며 귀 없는 마을로 가기 위한 여정을 떠나게 되는데.....
주녕은 과연 동생을 찾아낼 수 있을까?
