Why it says Device Unsupported?
Adaptive Icons are only supported by Android 8+

Why it is not working on my device?
It mainly works on a stock like android skin. No guaranteed that it will work on devices with Custom Shell. It's due to OEM implementation. Feel free to ask for a refund in such cases.

How do I get more Icon Shapes?
Ask your launcher developer to add more shape I can't do anything about it.
