Help Scout / What's New in v2.3.12

With this release we've fixed up the following issues:
* The Drafts folder once again shows the correct number of drafts.
* The "Assign To" behavior is no longer set to "Me" when adding a note to a conversation. This is now consistent with both iOS and Web.
* New conversation drafts are now correctly restored and editable on demand.
* A bunch of other bug fixes and performance improvements!
