لحفظ العمليات الحسابية على الحساب من سحب او تسديد شخصي كان ام لبقالة او دكانة .
الدخول للتطبيق باسم مستخدم وكلمة سر يتم ادخالها عند تثبيت التطبيق وحفظها وبامكانك تغييرها وبذلك تجفظ بياناتك من اي شخص اخر كي لا يستطيع الدخول الى التطبيق.
يتم حماية بياناتك من خلال وضع كلمة سر مع امكانية تغييرها متى ما ردت.
1- حساب العملاء وفيها:
- تسجيل عميل جديد
لتسجيل اي عميل جديد للتعامل معه يتم اضافة اسمه ورقم تلفونه.
- حذف عميل
لحذف اي عميل يتم انهاء التعامل معه.
- السحب والتسديد
لأدخال عمليات التعامل مع العميل سواء دائن او مدين على فرض انك سحبت منه مبلغ او بضاعة بمبلغ معين يتم حفظها بالتاريخ وبالعملة التي يتم ادخالها مسبقا ولك ان تدخل اكثر من عملة للتعامل معها.
- اظهار إجمالي عام للمبالغ المتبقية لك عند العميل او التي عليك للعميل وبجميع العملات التي تتداول بها معه مع امكانية ارسال رسالة نصية للعميل بالاجمالي .
- إظهار كشف بإجمالي العمليات (السحب و التسديد ) بالتاريخ قرين كل عملية ولكل عملة وذالك بالتفصيل مع امكانية حفظ الكشف ملف PDF وإمكانية ارسالهاللعميل عبر وسائل التواصل (الواتس - الايموا-..)
وامكانية ارسال الكشف عبر البلوتوث للعميل مباشرة.
2- حساب الموردين (للاستخدام التجاري)
يتم فيه نفس العميليات السابقة التي تتم للعميل ولكن باسم المورد.
- تسجيل طلبيات
يتم فيه تسجيل الطلبية من البضاعة وتحديد نوع وكمية واسم البضاعة وارسالها للمورد مباشرة من التطبيق عبر الواتس او البلوتوث.
