A California native Alan named the restaurant Lemonade because of the bright and comforting feeling you get when you simply say the word. The original sunny day spot!

An accomplished chef Alan decided to ditch the upscale dining scene to launch the first Lemonade in West Hollywood in 2008 craving to create a chef-driven contemporary approach to fine food. . . done fast. Alan’s confident yet relaxed concept has curated a loyal following and nurtured Lemonade into a neighborhood favorite.

In 2009 Ian Olsen came on board to join Alan as Partner forging a dynamic relationship that has helped to redefine the fast-casual dining experience for today’s food-savvy diners. Ever-growing Lemonade now has 27 locations throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas Orange County San Diego and the Bay Area.
