そのゲームがスマートフォンにインストールされたイケメンは、必ず失踪してしまうらしい。

女性を攻略対象としてしか見ていない大学生のマツリ。そんな彼のスマートフォンにも『ウーユリーフの処方箋』がインストールされてしまう。

ただの都市伝説と言い切っていたのも束の間、マツリは『ウーユリーフの処方箋』の世界に引きずり込まれてしまい―――
