+ Speedier user profiles

- Default layout is now Compact List format for the timeline to comply with Googles Material Design guideline update. Cards are still an option from the Theme settings with no plans to remove that setting. This will also improve scrolling performance.

- YouTube links on the timeline open in internal YouTube player

- When using Chrome tabs option as a web browser, YouTube links opened in YouTube app rather than internal YouTube player
