DiabCare ist ein mobiles Diabetes Gesundheitsdaten-Tagebuch
entwickelt von AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH
(http://www.ait.ac.at) das im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojektes mit
dem webbasierten Therapie Management System "DiabCare" verwendet
wird.
Sie können relevante Gesundheitsdaten (Blutzucker Blutdruck Herzrate Schritte/Tag Körpergewicht Wohlbefinden Ereignisse und Freitextnotizen) mit der Applikation erfassen und als tabellarisches Tagebuch darstellen.
Messdaten (Blutzucker Blutdruck Herzrate Schritte/Tag Körpergewicht) können über NFC- und Bluetooth-fähige Messgeräte automatisch ausgelesen werden (unterstützte NFC Standards: NDEF FeliCa; unterstützte Bluetooth Profile: HDP BLE – Glucose Profile).
Eine Freischaltung und Benutzung der Online-Version ist auf Studienteilnehmer beschränkt. Diese umfasst zusätzlich zur oben beschriebenen Funktionalität die automatische Synchronisation mit dem individuellen Online-Tagebuch und den Empfang von wöchentlich automatisiert erzeugten Übertragungs-Reports.
Bitte beachten Sie dass DiabCare in Hinblick auf die vollständige und korrekte Speicherung und Übermittlung der Daten von der Funktionsfähigkeit ihrer Endgeräte sowie von der funktionierende Datenübertragung abhängig ist.

DiabCare is used as part of a research project with the Web-based therapy management system "DiabCare" a mobile diabetes health data diary developed by AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH (http://www.ait.ac.at).
You can collect relevant health data (blood glucose blood pressure heart rate steps / day body weight well-being events and free text notes) with the application and present as tabular diary.
Measurement data (blood glucose blood pressure heart rate steps / day of body weight) can be automatically read via NFC and Bluetooth-enabled meters (supported NFC standards: NDEF FeliCa supported Bluetooth profiles: HDP BLE - glucose profiles).
An activation and use of the online version is limited to study participants. This includes in addition to the functionality described above the automatic synchronization with the individual online journal and receipt of automated weekly reports generated transmission.
Please note that DiabCare depends on the functionality of their devices and on the functioning data transfer with regard to the full and correct storage and transmission of data.
