This is not a standalone application. You would need KLWP PRO to set the wallpaper.

Instruction to set the wallpaper

> Install KLWP PRO from the play store.
> Install Nova Launcher. Set desktop grid to 10x10 and disable dock.
> Install AKP02 for KLWP
> Open KLWP app and tap on the menu icon on top left then choose Elegant for KLWP wallpaper from the installed list.
> Click save icon in the top right corner to apply the wallpaper
