تطرق مسلسل "عروس بيروت" لقضايا مهمة تمسّ البيئة العربية، وقضايا مهمة بالنسبة للمشاهد العربي، وتدور قصة مسلسل "عروس بيروت" الموسم الثاني عن قصة شاب عربي يدعي فارس (ظافر العابدين) يتعرف إلى شابة بسيطة تدعى ثريا (كارمن بصيبص) عن طريق الصدفة، ويُغرم بها إلى حدٍّ كبير، لكنّ والدتها (تقلا شمعون) تقف مانعًا لذلك الزواج.

وترصد الحلقات الجديدة من مسلسل "عروس بيروت" جوانب مختلفة من يوميات عائلة الضاهر وقصة الحب المستمرة بين فارس (ظافر العابدين) وثريا (كارمن بصيبص)، مصوراً صراع الأخوة وتفاقمه، مع تحوّل الأخ غير الشقيق آدم (محمد الأحمد) إلى أحد الشركاء الرئيسيين في الشركة، في ظل صراع بين فارس وخليل (جو طراد)، حيث يريد الأول تقليص دوره، بينما يبحث الثاني عن توسيع هذا الدور بسبب حقده على شقيقه الأكبر.
