成金大作戦シリーズの決定版4で、数多くのユニットが最大5つの軍が入り乱れて戦う本格的な戦争シミュレーションゲームです。

ターンごとに歩兵、戦車、爆撃機、巡洋艦などの多彩なユニットに行い、全ての敵を撃破し拠点を自分のものとしてください。

戦略性は高く本格的に楽しめますが、初心者でも遊びやすい作りにはなっています。

新たなマップが毎月ダウンロード可能です。

プレー条件は自由にカスタマイズ可能なので、同じマップで何回も楽しめます。

決定版4より新たに装甲戦車、対空駆逐艦、空母、迎撃機などの通常の新ユニット、弾道ミサイル、魚雷などの一度攻撃するとなくなる消費ユニット、成金ユニット（ターン収入を底上げ）などの補助ユニットが大量に追加されています。

これまでにない市街地の地形も登場し、よりステージが多彩になっています。

また、新たに作成可能な都市も増えています。

●オプションのメイン操作を画面内タッチにすると、横画面時にマップ端を画面タップで選択可能になります。
●マスのタッチ選択で意図しない位置が選択されることが多い場合、終了画面よりタッチ位置の調整を行えば、意図した位置が非常に選択されやすくなります。
●マップが正常に取得できない場合、アプリの終了画面よりマップのリストアを行ってみてください。
