행정안전부에서 국민들의 생활 속 불편사항을 쉽게 해결해 드리기 위하여 「생활불편신고」 서비스를 개발하였습니다.
불편사항이 발생하였을 때 어디에 해결을 요청해야할지 몰라 답답하셨다면
이제 ‘생활불편신고’ 앱 하나만 있으면 행정기관에 불편사항을 간단히 신고(민원 접수)할 수 있습니다.

1. 민원등록
: 스마트폰의 다양한 지능형 기능(GPS 사진 등)을 이용하여 자치단체로 불편민원을 등록하는 서비스입니다.
민원신고 화면에서 민원유형 선택 첨부파일 등록 신고내용 입력 후 손쉽게 민원을 등록할 수 있습니다.

2. 나의민원 및 만족도 평가
: 본인이 등록한 민원에 대한 처리상황 조회가 가능하며 처리결과가 등록되기 이전에는 자기 민원을 삭제(취하)할 수 있습니다. 또한 민원 처리결과에 대하여 만족도 평가를 할 수 있습니다.

3. 생활불편신고 갤러리
: 생활불편신고 앱을 통하여 촬영한 사진을 저장하여 차후 민원 등록 시 첨부할 수 있습니다.
※ 갤러리 사진 정보는 생활불편신고 앱 삭제 시 초기화됩니다.

4. 사진 촬영 시 위치정보 저장
: 생활불편신고 앱을 통하여 사진 촬영 시 촬영한 곳의 위치를 저장합니다. 이후 민원 등록 시 신고위치로 사진의 위치정보를 활용하여 보다 정확한 민원 처리를 도모합니다.
※ 민원 신고 앱을 통하여 사진 촬영 시 GPS(위치정보)기능이 필수로 요구됩니다.

The Ministry of Public Administration and Security has developed a service called "Life inconvenience report" in order to solve the inconveniences in the lives of the people.
If you have a complaint that you do not know where to ask for a solution
Now if you have just one app for reporting your inconvenience you can simply report your complaint to the administrative agency (accept the complaint).

1. Application
: It is a service to register complaints with local government by using various intelligent functions (GPS photos etc.) of smartphone.
You can easily register your complaint after selecting the complaint type registering the attachment file and entering the report content on the Complaint Report screen.

2. My complaints and satisfaction evaluation
: It is possible to inquire about the status of the complaint registered by the applicant and the complaint can be deleted (withdrawn) before the result is registered. Also you can evaluate the satisfaction of the complaint processing result.

3. Life inconvenience report gallery
: You can save the photo taken with the app for reporting the inconvenience and attach it at the time of complaint registration.
※ Gallery photo information will be reset when you delete the app.

4. Save location information when taking pictures
: Saving the location of the shot when taking a picture through the "Annoying" app. After that we use the location information of the photo as a reporting location when registering the complaint and plan the more accurate complaint handling.
※ GPS (location information) function is required when photographing via application app.
