Серия приложений из цикла "Я - участник процесса" является уникальным приложением позволяющим легко и удобно получать информацию о федеральных судах участках мировых судей арбитражных судах РФ и находящихся в их производстве делах непосредственно с помощью мобильного устройства.

Возможности приложения:
1.Поиск и просмотр официальной информации о федеральных судах общей юрисдикции и участках мировых судей арбитражных суда и находящихся в их производстве делах (в доменах SudRF.ru MSudRF.ru kad.arbitr.ru).
2.Просмотр в окне программы списка назначенных к рассмотрению дел на указанную дату.
3.Поиск дел находящихся в производстве суда по реквизитам (Ф.И.О. участника дата поступления судья и т.д.)
4.Просмотр информации о деле включая информацию о движении сторонах обжаловании и т.д.
5.Просмотр текстов опубликованных документов к конкретным делам.
6.Ведение своего списка «отобранных» дел и судов для более удобного и быстрого получения интересующей информации с возможностью построения списка назначенных дел.
7. Возможность организации ведения дела в суде путем добавления к отобранным делам списка задач «Надо сделать».
8. Калькулятор государственной пошлины при обращении в суды общей юрисдикции и арбитражные суды. Калькулятор процентов по ст. 395 ГК РФ калькулятор пени по ОСАГО.
9. Возможность ведение списка контактов (Ф.И.О. телефон примечание) с привязкой к конкретным делам.

Приложение в версии "Я -участник процесса" - для граждан не являющихся профессиональными юристами но по каким-то причинам ставших участниками судебного разбирательства. Позволяет добавлять в "Мои дела" только 1 дело и 1 суд. Число просмотра дел за день ограничено. Число открытий окна калькулятора ограничено.

Важная информация о работе программы:
- Каждый суд Российской Федерации обязан размещаться информацию о находящихся в его производстве делах на официальном сайте суда.
Под судами в рамках данной программы понимаются федеральные суды районного городского уровня и уровня субъекта РФ.
- Программа использует общедоступные сервисы получения информации с официальных сайтов судов (в домене .sudrf).
- Программа предоставляет только ту информацию которая размещена на официальном сайте суда не внося изменений и не дополняя ее.
- Если в настоящий момент сайт суда либо сайт www.sudrf.ru не доступен это может привести к невозможности выполнения приложением своих функций связанных с обработкой информации получаемых с этих ресурсов. Автор приложения не отвечает за доступность этих ресурсов.
- Все суды РФ (за некоторым исключением) предоставляют информацию о находящихся в производстве делах в единообразной форме. Получение информации приложением происходит путем анализа исходного кода станицы сайта суда (либо сайта www.sudrf.ru).
- Некоторые суды используют «не стандартное» представление данных о движении дел на сайте либо вовсе не находятся в домене «.sudrf». В таком случае информация о делах находящихся в производстве таких судов будет недоступна для получения в приложении (см. инструкцию).
- Если по каким-то причинам формат отображения данных на сайтах судов РФ будет изменен программа не сможет получать (обрабатывать) информацию до проведения адаптации к новому формату данных.
- Скорость отображение информации программой (при поиске либо выводе информации по делам) во многом зависит от скорости ответа сайта суда (может быть разной) на запрос программы объема передаваемой информации а также от текущей скорости Интернет-соединения. Кроме того не редко бывают случаи что информации о движении дел вовсе недоступна на сайте суда (приложение сообщит об этом).
- Программа направлена на повышения уровня открытости и доступности судебной системы РФ однако не является официальной разработкой государственных органов РФ!

The application in the version I am a participant in the process is for citizens who are not professional lawyers but for some reason who have become participants in the trial. Allows you to add to the "My Cases" only 1 case and 1 court. The number of cases per day is limited. The number of openings of the calculator window is limited.

Important information about the program:
- Each court of the Russian Federation is obliged to post information on cases in its proceedings on the official website of the court.
Under this program courts are understood as federal courts of the district city level and the level of the subject of the Russian Federation.
- The program uses publicly available services for obtaining information from the official websites of the courts (in the .sudrf domain).
- The program provides only the information that is posted on the official website of the court without making changes and without supplementing it.
- If at the moment the court’s website or the www.sudrf.ru website is not available this may lead to the impossibility of the application to perform its functions related to the processing of information received from these resources. The author of the application is not responsible for the availability of these resources.
- All courts of the Russian Federation (with some exceptions) provide information on pending cases in a uniform manner. The application receives information by analyzing the source code of the page of the court website (or the site www.sudrf.ru).
- Some courts use a non-standard presentation of data on the progress of cases on the site or are not at all in the .sudrf domain. In this case information on cases pending before such courts will not be available for receipt in the appendix (see instructions).
- If for some reason the format for displaying data on the websites of the courts of the Russian Federation is changed the program will not be able to receive (process) information before adapting to the new data format.
- The speed at which information is displayed by the program (when searching for or displaying information on cases) largely depends on the speed of the court’s site response (it may be different) to the program’s request the amount of information transmitted as well as the current speed of the Internet connection. In addition it is not uncommon that there is no information on the progress of cases on the court’s website (the application will report this).
- The program is aimed at increasing the level of openness and accessibility of the judicial system of the Russian Federation however it is not an official development of government bodies of the Russian Federation!
