★ 반야심경[般若心經] ★
불교경전 가운데 가장 많이 알려지고 또 가장 많이 유통되는 것이 바로 「반야심경」이다. 정확한 명칭은 「마하반야바라밀다심경」으로서 보통 「반야심경」이라 줄여서 부르고 있다.

★ 신묘장구대다라니[神妙章句大陀羅尼] ★
천수경에 담겨 있는 주문. 관세음보살과 삼보에 귀의하고 악업을 금하고 탐욕 노여움 어리석음의 세 가지 독을 가라앉히고 깨달음에 다다르게 해 줄 것을 기원한다

★ 천수경[千手經] ★
관세음보살이 부처에게 청하여 허락을 받고 설법한 경전이다. 본래 명칭은 《천수천안관자재보살광대원만무애대비심대다라니경(千手千眼觀自在 菩薩廣大圓滿無崖大悲心大陀羅尼經》으로 ‘한량 없는 손과 눈을 가지신관세음보살이 넓고 크고 걸림없는 대자비심을 간직한 큰 다라니에 관해 설법한말씀’이라는 뜻이다. 《천수다라니》라고도 한다.

★ 화엄경[華嚴經] ★
원이름은 《대방광불화엄경(大方廣佛華嚴經)》. 한국 불교전문강원의 교과로 학습해 온 경전이기도 하다.

★ 지장경[地藏經] ★
우리나라 지장신앙(地藏信仰)의 기본 경전으로 널리 신봉되었던 현세이익적인 불경이다. 원명은 ‘지장보살본원경(地藏菩薩本願經)’이며 우리나라에서는 당나라 때의 실차난타(實叉難陀)가 번역한 2권본이 널리 유통되고 있다.

★ 금강경[金剛經] ★
금강반야바라밀경 ·금강반야경이라고도 한다. 인도 사위국을 배경으로 제자 수보리를위하여 설한 경전으로 한곳에 집착하여 마음을 내지 말고 항상 머무르지 않는 마음을일으키고 모양으로 부처를 보지 말고 진리로서 존경하며 모든 모습은 모양이 없으며이렇게 본다면 곧 진리인 여래를 보게 된다고 하였다.

★ 법성게[法性偈] ★
《화엄일승법계도(華嚴一乘法界圖)》에 수록되어 있으며 7언 30구의 한문으로 되어 있다. 내용은 한 마디로 불교에서의 법(法) 즉 진리의 세계를 압축하여 표현하고 있는데 구체적으로 자기 자신의 수행 완성에 관한 것과 남의 수행을 어떻게 이롭게 하느냐 하는 것 그리고 마지막으로 수행 방편과 수행 공덕에 관해서 설하였다.

★ 천지팔양신주경[天地八陽神呪經] ★
1권. 위경(僞經)의 하나로 도교풍(道敎風)의 책이다. 정식 서명은 『불설천지팔양신주경(佛說天地八陽神呪經)』이며 줄여서 ‘팔양경’이라고도 한다.

★ 석가모니불정근[釋迦牟尼佛精勤] ★
인간으로 태어났다는 것은 굉장한 행운이니 살아있는 동안 진리 탐구에 전력을 다하라. 진리의 말을 듣는다는 것은 참으로 희귀하며 깨달은 이를 만난다는 것은 더더욱 귀한 일이다. 악한 일을 하지 말라. 착한 일을 하라. 그대 마음을 늘 순수하게 가져라. 이것이 깨달은 이(부처님)의 가르침이다

★ 약사여래불정근[藥師琉璃佛精勤] ★
약사여래불은 중생의 질병을 치료하고 수명을 연장시켜 주는 등의 12가지 서원을 세워 성불한 부처님 입니다. 약사여래기도를 하면 마음의 고통이 없어지고 모든 재앙이 물러간다고 합니다.
