Mobilna aplikacija #Ostani Zdrav je pripomoÄek ki vam sporoÄi Äe
ste bili v stiku z okuženo osebo. Z njeno uporabo in upoštevanjem
priporoÄil vsak izmed nas pripomore k obvladovanju Å¡irjenja
virusa ter varovanju zdravja nas samih naših bližnjih in celotne
družbe.
Aplikacija #Ostani Zdrav pomaga pri zajezitvi in obvladovanju Å¡irjenja okužb z novim koronavirusom (SARS-CoV-2) zmanjÅ¡uje obremenjenost zdravstvenega sistema in s tem omogoÄa da država z milejÅ¡imi ukrepi obvlada virus.
Aplikacija #Ostani Zdrav nas opozori da smo bili v stiku z okuženo osebo zato obstaja veÄje tveganje da smo se okužili tudi sami. Tako že nemudoma po opozorilu ki ga prejmemo od mobilne aplikacije postanemo pri svojem ravnanju Å¡e bolj odgovorni: opazujemo svoje poÄutje in ob prvi zaznavi simptomov stopimo v stik z osebnim zdravnikom se izogibamo nenujnim stikom z drugimi ljudmi Å¡e posebej z ranljivimi posamezniki in Å¡e bolj dosledno izvajamo preventivne ukrepe (higiena rok in kaÅ¡lja noÅ¡enje mask in ustrezna medosebna razdalja).
Z uporabo mobilne aplikacije ravnamo odgovorno do sebe in ostalih hkrati pa pomagamo pri obvladovanju Å¡irjenja okužb s SARS-CoV-2. Aplikacija bo moÄno olajÅ¡ala obveÅ¡Äanje tistih posameznikov ki so bili v zadnjih 14 dnevih v stiku z okuženo osebo. Z epidemioloÅ¡kim poizvedovanjem namreÄ ni mogoÄe identificirati prepoznati vseh stikov denimo vseh sopotnikov v javnem prevozu ali vseh obiskovalcev ki bi se v gostinskem lokalu nahajali istoÄasno kot nekdo ki je okužen s SARS-CoV-2.
PROSTOVOLJNA IN BREZPLAÄŒNA UPORABA
Aplikacijo #Ostani Zdrav si na svoj pametni mobilni telefon namestimo povsem prostovoljno in brezplaÄno. Po namestitvi bomo hitro in zanesljivo obveÅ¡Äeni o sreÄanjih z uporabniki aplikacije pri katerih je bila potrjena okužba s SARS-CoV-2 in zato predstavljajo tveganje za morebitni prenos okužbe virusa tudi na nas. Aplikacija ne razkrije niti lokacije niti identitete okužene osebe sporoÄi samo da sta se dve osebi sreÄali. Funkcije aplikacije lahko kadar koli onemogoÄimo ali aplikacijo v celoti izbriÅ¡emo. S tem se bodo izbrisale tudi vse informacije ki jih je aplikacija shranila.
Tudi tisti ki je potrjeno okužen to informacijo povsem prostovoljno deli z ostalimi uporabniki (pridobi posebno desetmestno kodo ki jo nato sam vnese v aplikacijo). S tem podkrepi svojo odgovorno ravnanje.
UÄŒINKOVITOST APLIKACIJE
Aplikacija #Ostani Zdrav bo svoj namen dosegla Äe si jo na mobilni telefon namestimo Å¡e preden zbolimo. Samo tako bodo osebe s katerimi smo imeli stike preden smo izvedeli za okužbo obveÅ¡Äene in bodo lahko pravoÄasno ravnale samozaÅ¡Äitno.
Aplikacijo #Ostani Zdrav sta pripravila Nacionalni inÅ¡titut za javno zdravje (NIJZ) in Ministrstvo za javno upravo (MJU) pri Äemer NIJZ skrbi za vsebinski del aplikacije MJU pa za tehniÄnega. Oba sta tako skupna upravljavca podatkov ki se obdelujejo v okviru aplikacije #Ostani Zdrav. Aplikacija je namenjena uporabi v Sloveniji.
The #Stay Healthy mobile app is a gadget that lets you know if you have been in contact with an infected person. By using it and following the recommendations each of us helps to control the spread of the virus and protect the health of ourselves our loved ones and society as a whole.
The #Stay Healthy app helps curb and control the spread of infections with the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) reduces the burden on the health system and thus allows the country to control the virus with milder measures.
The #Stay Healthy app alerts us that we have been in contact with an infected person so there is a higher risk that we have become infected ourselves. Thus immediately after the warning we receive from the mobile application we become even more responsible in our actions: we observe our well-being and at the first detection of symptoms contact a personal physician avoid unnecessary contact with other people especially vulnerable individuals and we implement preventive measures even more consistently (hand hygiene and cough wearing masks and appropriate interpersonal distance).
By using the mobile application we act responsibly towards ourselves and others and at the same time help control the spread of SARS-CoV-2 infections. The app will greatly facilitate the notification of those individuals who have been in contact with an infected person in the last 14 days. An epidemiological inquiry cannot identify all contacts such as all passengers on public transport or all visitors who would be in a restaurant at the same time as someone infected with SARS-CoV-2.
VOLUNTARY AND FREE USE
We install the #Stay Healthy application on our smartphone completely voluntarily and free of charge. After installation we will be quickly and reliably informed about encounters with users of the application in which SARS-CoV-2 infection has been confirmed and therefore pose a risk of possible transmission of the virus infection to us as well. The app does not reveal either the location or the identity of the infected person it only reports that the two people have met. You can disable app features at any time or delete the app altogether. This will also delete any information stored by the app.
Even those who are confirmed infected share this information completely voluntarily with other users (they obtain a special ten-digit code which they then enter into the application themselves). In doing so he reinforces his responsible conduct.

The #Stay Healthy app will achieve its purpose if you install it on your mobile phone before you get sick. Only in this way will the people we had contact with before we found out about the infection be informed and will be able to act in a self-protective manner in a timely manner.
The #Stay Healthy application was prepared by the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) and the Ministry of Public Administration (MPA) with the NIJZ taking care of the content of the application and the MPA taking care of the technical part. The two are thus joint data controllers which are processed within the #Stay Healthy application. The application is intended for use in Slovenia.
