Truco Uruguayo is one of the most popular card games in Uruguay. It is a multiplayer game where you can play 1 against 1 or in 2 teams of 2 or 3 players.

The first to reach the agreed number of points wins the match. Each player is dealt 3 cards and a card is turned over ("muestra"). The one who throws the highest card wins the round the best of three rounds wins the hand and the points it is worth.

• Common: 4 5 6 7 10 11 12 1 2 3
• "Matas": 7 gold 7 spades 1 clubs 1 spades
• "Piezas": 10 11 5 4 or 2 of the muestra suit
