Fixed team fill order so teams are now assigned in the correct
order
Fixed elimination credit so the kill now goes to the player who knocked the enemy, even after a finish
Fixed an issue where knocked players would still go into DBNO even if no teammates were left alive
You now die instantly if no one on your team is still alive
Fixed an FPS drop when using a gamepad
Fixed several other gamepad-related issues
Fixed emote animations not playing properly
