Synch (formerly Widebridge) is a secure cloud-based unified communications suite for real-time Push To Talk (voice) video chat and location-based services.
It provides secure communications and collaboration for groups and users helping organizations and first-line workers execute their operations and missions more effectively over mobile and data networks.

Synch works only for registered companies. If you do not have an active account the app will not work for you.

Key Capabilities:

▪️ PTV for groups and users - Share or receive live immediate rich and clear video.
▪️ Team collaboration - Organizational phone book search and collaboration tools (text multimedia recorded voice messages and more).
▪️ Presence service to share active users and presence status in an easy visual way.
▪️ SOS alarm - call for help by initiating immediate audio-visual alarm and get assistance in critical situations
▪️ Live location tracking - See workers’ locations geofences and points of interests on the map
▪️ LMR (Land Mobile Radio) network interoperability supporting common voice group communication.
▪️ Geofencing groups and alerts - mark areas on maps and communicate with users inside or alert on crossing in and out of geofences.
▪️ Safe worker solution - manage and keep workers safer with dedicated lone worker and risk mitigation and control solution
▪️ Dispatch console - a web based command and control center for a centralized communication and coordination of teams and workers
▪️ External Applications - integrates with external information systems without the need to develop stand alone mobile applications.

Synch uses the Android AccessibilityService API for an optional hardware-button control feature. When enabled by the user this service detects device volume button key events while Synch is running in the background so authorized users can control a communication action without opening the app.

Synch does not use AccessibilityService to read screen content view typed text control other apps change device settings record calls collect personal data or share data with third parties.

This feature is optional. Users must provide in-app consent before being directed to Android Accessibility settings and they can disable the service at any time in Android Settings.

This API usage is entirely focused on improving the user experience and does not collect store or share any personal information. Users have full control over enabling or disabling this service and it is used strictly within the boundaries of user consent and privacy policies
