Search our database of more than 9500 conditions 12400 genes and 180000 genetic markers. Our tool facilitates access to research on a comprehensive list of conditions from scientific sources including breast cancer Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. It also indexes literature for tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA PTEN and P53.

We are constantly adding support for new providers. Currently you can use files from 23andMe Ancestry.com Family Tree DNA (FTDNA) MyHeritage Genes for Good LivingDNA Genographics (Geno 2.0) Tellmegen and other DTC genetic testing companies. Genomapp also supports VCF format files and specific schemes. (Note: VCF files from WES/WGS are currently not compatible).
