works with FBReader 3.0 and below. FBReader 3.1 includes new

FBReader Bookshelf / What's New in vUnknown
The bookshelf is now included in the main app. This package is kept
for convenience, as some users prefer to run the bookshelf as a
separate application. Actually, it calls an action in FBReader.
